Celestial Scepter PC
I got a Celestial scepter req 9 Earth...11-22 1/2's recharge 10% it worth modding and trying to sell or....sell like is...what mods if any...lol...clueless I was thinking health 30 energy 5 but I don't don't how much I could get...since I'm here is a 14-27 Celestial bow pen 20/19 dam 15 in stance and marksman 19% req 9 bow worth anything??
